  1. Click the invite link provided to you via email. 

  2. Create your log in credentials 

*Accounts for PROTECT curriculum for the school setting are for instructors only. Do not make accounts for students. 

If you are not able to see your course, but you are logged in, it is possible that you created your account using the invite link, but forgot to click on “Click Here to Enroll”. 


  1. Return to your initial email with the course instructions 

  2. Follow the link

  3. Click “Click Here to Enroll”

If you have forgotten your password and are locked out of your account, you can initiate an email to reset your password from the log-in page. 

  1. Go to https://education.3sgf.org/enrollments

  2. Select Sign In on the top right corner of your screen

  3. Once on the log in page, select “Forgot Password”

  4. Utilize the email address in which you created your account

  5. Click Submit

  6. Check your email for the password reset email for following steps 

Follow these steps to retrieve your certificate of completion: 

  1. Log In to the Thinkific site

  2. Click the account menu on the top right

  3. Select “My Account” 

  4. Select “Certificates” on the left menu

  5. Click “View” on the desired certificate 

There are two areas in which you can access your Community. 

  1. Go to https://education.3sgf.org/enrollments

  2. Log in 

  3. Scroll down to My Communities and select your community 


  1. Go into your course

  2. Go to the lesson titled: “Come say Hello!”

  3. Follow the link within that lesson 

  1. Restart the browser. Ensure that your browser is running on the latest version. 

  2. Try using a different browser. Google Chrome tends to work best with this platform. 

  3. Try utilizing Incognito/Private Window in your browser.

  4. Try a different internet connection. Some schools and corporations utilize firewalls to block video usage. 

  5. Utilized closed captions.

  3. Try utilizing Incognito/Private Window in your browser.

  1. Log in to your student account. 

  2. Go to “My Dashboard”.

  3. Select your name at the top right of the screen.

  4. Select “My Account”.

  5. Select “Notifications” on the left.

  6. To turn off a notification, uncheck the box to the left of the description. 

  7. Click “Save Changes”.

Many of our courses have prerequisite lessons built in. You must complete the prerequisites prior to moving through to the next lesson in the curriculum.
